Me and sis are the only ones who know about the game, and sis is highly disappointed.

Re: SKYWARD SWORD
I was disappointed by it at first, but I think it'll kinda be like MM, how people were all weirded out by the whole time limit thing, and it ended up not as bad. Kinda like WW where they were all like O_o woah because of the graphics.

Re: SKYWARD SWORD
It's the Zelda formula!
Every system will usually have 2 titles
The first being VERY popular:
NES: Zelda 1 (The original)
SNES: A Link to the Past (To classic!)
N64: Ocarina of Time (Nough said)
GB: Link's Awakening (They even released a DX!)
GBA: FourSwords (It came with aLttp! AWESOME!)
The second being not so much:
NES: The Adventure of Link (This one took some getting use to for most!)
SNES: BS Zelda Ancient Stone Tablets (Wasn't even released in America! Of course the fact that the SNES add on it was on wasn't release here either doesn't help!)
N64: Majora's Mask (Remains a "Fan Only" game to this day. No one else enjoys it!)
GB: Oracle series (You can't say one with out the other, and yet no one but fans were willing to buy both of them. It was always one of the other!)
GBA: Minish Cap (As great of a game as it was, it couldn't compare to FourSwords simply due to the fact that FourSwords had aLttP ported with it!)
And then you have the GameCube and Wii which together some how managed to break the whole system.
The first GameCube Zelda was an Ocarina of Time remake, which actually wasn't that popular! How does that work! Then the first legit title came out, Windwaker, and people actually had to have a warm up time! (Though people warmed up to it faster than they did MM) And then the second title being FourSword's Adventure which most people just overlooked! Then we get a third title duel released for the GC and Wii making it the first Wii game too! And it was amazing!!
So, although the gamecube didn't follow the rules. So far it looks like the Wii is, having it's first title be amazing. Which may place Skyward Sword as the awkward Second title. But since Twilight Princess was the first duel release title, and the only one to carry from an older gen system to a newer gen system upon release, we really can't say if the Wii is sticking to the formula, or if it is carrying over the GC's crazyness!

Re: SKYWARD SWORD
I can honestly say that i'm not as excited about this as i was for twilight princess. I liked twilight princess for it's "darker" plot and character development. Since nintendo's been witholding much info about story, and only released one character besides link, i'm not all that psyched about it. The graphics relly aren't impressing me that much either...(i'm still disappointed after seeing the teaser pic last year depict a TP style link.) If they hadn't given me the impression that the graphics would be, "an improved version of twilight princess's." as mr. myamoto put it, then i think i'd kinda like the new art style. But c'mon, changing it halfway through developement? Now THAT'S cruel. (holy crap, long post)

Re: SKYWARD SWORD
I'm glad that Nintendo is withholding info on SS. TP was overhyped and because of it, lots of fans felt very disappointed after beating it. I wasn't one of them but still. I did feel that TP was lacking something.
With little info, I feel that there isn't anything to ruin about the game, since there's little that we've seen to ruin for us.
